State workers’ comp boards

The table below allows you to navigate to the information for your state’s workers’ compensation board.

Every state has its own workers’ comp website, though not every state offers as much information online. So we’ve also collected phone numbers and mailing addresses for every state. However, some states use separate addresses depending on what you’re submitting, so double-check with your state’s site (or by calling) before mailing anything. Almost all states also offer a toll-free phone number, though you need to be located in the state to call toll-free. For those using a text telephone (TTY), you can reach a telecommunications relay service (TRS) by dialing 7-1-1.
